0627 Measures for Compaction Prevention of the Drug Acceptance Hopper
Avoid the risk of powder compaction and bridging! Here are some successful cases where it has been adopted.
We received an inquiry from the planning stage of a new plant and would like to introduce a case that was adopted. It is a φ800 hopper, but with a total height of over 5000, powder is compacted at the bottom, and to avoid the risk of bridging, we were consulted about installing a blow disk and requested advice on the model and arrangement. We installed the equipment on two inclined surfaces, with three units on each surface (two on the lower level and one on the upper level), for a total of six units. It has been successfully adopted.
